“I had a dreadful embarrassing experience with 3 members of staff. 1 in particular I've known all her life I had just had a knee replacement and only needed to stretch but the room for classes was locked. I asked to take a mat next door to stretch, do my physio. I was informed, in short, that just because I'm on crutches and know some staff that I'm nothing special and that I could in fact steal equipment (their words) from the room. Bands and kettle bells. Really? I left in tears quite traumatised and embarrassed. This was April 2025. I just plucked up the courage to go back last week. November 2025. Sauna and steam room not working already Staff need to realise how their behaviour affects people I complained but got no response from their Head Office 🥺”
