When lockdown rules permit, the local running groups that Lynette has arranged have been fantastic for keeping me active and for meeting new friends near me! I signed up to Lynette's dedicated Marathon Club to train for the Edinburgh Marathon. The training plan was excellent, incorporating running and strength sessions, as well as weekly club sessions. Lynette's coaching support and insight into marathon running was totally invaluable through the highs and lows of training.
