I couldn't recommend Lynette enough, I could only run 5km at the start of the year and with her expert guidance I completed my first marathon at the weekend. She is very approachable and knowledgeable on all aspects of training from running fitness and nutrition. I found her marathon plan really easy to follow and manageble with other life events that get in the way! Thank you Lynette, I couldn't have done it without you!

I was training for an ultramarathon and reached out to Lynette as i was struggling to find a suitable plan online. We had a chat and met for a run technique session first. I found Lynette to be really friendly and knowledgeable. My plan was broken down into 4 week chunks so it never felt too daunting. Lynette gave me some great advice on nutrition & recovery, and she provided reassurance when i was having doubts. I followed the plan almost to the letter, but i credit Lynette for getting me through my training uninjured, and her support and guidance was invaluable. It felt a luxury getting a plan tailored to me, but it provided structure to my training and held me accountable. I highly recommend her and will use her again in future.

Having ran with Lynette for years, taken part in her online classes during lockdown and been coached for half and full marathon training, I knew I was in good hands for a pre-natal workout plan. I started training in the gym with Lynette when I was 6 months pregnant as I decided to stop running when it was becoming too difficult although I wanted to keep up my fitness as much as possible in the lead up to giving birth. Lynette tailored my workouts each week depending on how I was feeling and kept me motivated to train up to 2 days before my son was born which I believe made a huge difference in my recovery post-partum. I was nervous about lifting weights and working out during the later stages of pregnancy however Lynette’s experience and knowledge ensured I was doing this safely and felt comfortable with the exercises I was doing. I would highly recommend Lynette as a coach whether you are starting out running, training for a race or pre/ post-natal.
