“If I could give less than 1 star I would . I had my property valued From This Mob just a few days ago . The guy who came to my house Clearly had no clue at all on how to value MY property , but instead started looking for COMPARISONS etc . That's all fine and well but you would then need to compare like for like to value equally. Also stated that he would need to research the area and conclude a valuation. DM HALL are a joke outfit I expected the surveyor to value MY PROPERTY not go looking to research the area or find comparisons. VALE THE PROPERTY AS AND WHEN YOU SEE IT , DONT LOOK TO COMPARE IT WITH ANYTHING ELSE YOUR JOB IS TO VALUE THE PROPERTY THAT YOU GO TO SEE . CLOWNS”

“Dreadful company. Undervalued my property and then correctly valued it after I pointed out the value of similar properties in the area. Why did I have to point this out to a "qualified" surveyor that was charging me £480 per hour? This was followed by myself and the lawyer having to chase them up for the survey and epc certificate 26 days after they had taken the payment. do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.”
