“The service was provided in time and as agreed. They came to our hotel to pick up the laundry bag and brought it back to the front desk. Communication was excellent and we were provided with options. We paid in cash in advance in an envelope in the same bag with clothes. The reason for not giving 5 stars was because the folding could be a little better. Some socks were separated and some undergarments were not folded. Polo shirts were folded with the collar in a wrong position which then makes it difficult to wear. If they can fix those simple issues, they will gain more clients. I would definitely hire them again. They were convenient and in the area. They also offer same-day delivered which we didn’t need but it is great to have the option. Thank you for your service.”
