“Washing machine broke down and I had to use this place. I paid £8 for a wash in a medium washing machine with 50p surcharge for soap. Absolutely brutal pricing. The attendant on my arrival was so unhelpful she was bordering upon rude. Single word answers to questions and no offer of help when I explained I hadn't used a launderette before..The place was clean and I got a machine straight away. Male attendant on when I returned much more friendly / helpful. There are other launderettes in Edinburgh that are cheaper with better customer service..”

“Excellent service and reasonable prices for full service laundry (launderette also has self serve machines if you prefer). I was visiting Edinburgh and I brought a weeks worth of clothing for 1 person consisting of: 3 jeans, 1 trouser, 3 sweaters/jumpers, several shirts/t shirts, underwear, socks, pajamas and work out leggings that filled a medium sized backpack and a medium tote bag all for £15 the entire load was washed, dried in a dryer and folded. Lovely staff that allows you to give directions on how you'd like the load dried (on low setting etc). I dropped off the laundry at 6PM on a Friday night and it was ready at 9:30AM the following day. Cash only but highly recommended for travellers staying in the area that need to do laundry. Will definitely use their services again when I visit Edinburgh next time!”
