“Have been going there for years with no complaints but recently been allocated a new dentist that when I feel I don’t get a good dental care. Telephone line is always busy and difficult to get through. My last appointment was appalling; the dentist looked stressed out, rude and rushed took an x-ray but failed to notice the problem. I left without any treatment because the dentist didn’t have a clue what was wrong with my tooth and ran out of time to do anything worthwhile! I phoned SmilePlus Dental Care nearby afterwards and got an appointment at the end of day. Was treated like a value patient, the dentist was lovely and took time to listen to my problem. She found the cause of my problem from looking at the x-ray straight away and took my tooth out. The service was night and day compared to this place. I have canceled my future appointment with this dentist and will never go back there again. Would rather pay more for a decent service.”
