“I had a nearly 6 yo mini PC (NUC) on Win10 that was freezing frequently. Fearing I was looking at a £600+ bill for new one I dropped it in for a diagnostics check. Less than one day later - phonecall - all fixed it was choked solid with dust, I should have realised as recently I had heard a fan, which I didn't know it had, running flat out. Picked it up complete with Win11 updates all installed and tested, they had and it is very delicate inside, opened it up and very carefully cleaned all the dust and fluff out. While I was in they also gave very helpful pointers on buying a new NUC for my wife as hers is below Win11 spec. Mine is now back on the desk, running beautifully as ever with no fan ever coming on :-) :-) Picture for size reference only - its 115mm square i5 processor. These guys are so careful, knowledgeable, diligent and professional - service that is above and beyond and all too rare nowadays. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Drive failure drop in. Called ahead of time to check if it was okay to drop by to ask some questions and a quick check of a storage drive that had suddenly failed. On arriving, had a quick chat to explain what happened to ask and if the drive could be looked at to see if the drive was functional or not. They have a quick check on the drive with their tools and software and were able to give me a diagnosis and answered my questions about what was wrong and what things to try. Very helpful and will pop by again in future if I face more technical problems!”
