This new independent wildlife bookshop has one of the most thoughtful and inspiring selections of books and gifts I’ve ever come across. There is something for everyone, from kids to adults, whether you’re a seasoned naturalist or just beginning to explore. The space itself is stunning. Every detail of the design has been done with so much care and love, all by the two co-owners who built this dream from the ground up. I was especially moved by their story: they first met while working together at a nature reserve in the Scottish Highlands, and decided to leave their jobs to create this incredible bookshop. That passion shows in every corner of the shop. I left not only with a stack of wonderful books but also with a feeling of genuine inspiration. This isn’t just a store, it’s a celebration of the natural world, of curiosity, and of the courage it takes to pursue a dream. A must-visit in Edinburgh!”

“Rarely leave reviews but this place absolutely deserves it! What a hidden gem I happened to stumble across walking through the city. A whole store dedicated to nature, reading, wellbeing, joy and a little bit of magic. I bought a friend some Sea Buckthorn tea from here and it has become such a vital part of her daily wellness ritual, that she's going to buy more to send to me and her mum (as well as for herself, of course!)
