“As a letting agent, I had a great experience working with JHP Services. They are a preferred contractor for the manufacturer for warranty works, and their service was excellent from start to finish. One of the parts became faulty just two days into a new tenancy. The replacement part arrived at their office the following day. Given how busy they were, and as the part was on an open order with delivery expected on the Friday, we initially didn’t think it would be replaced before the weekend. Throughout the day, Alexandra kept in close contact with us and did everything she could to ensure an engineer would be available as soon as the part arrived. The part was delivered just before 3pm, and by 3:15pm their engineer, Alex, was dispatched. Alex was fantastic — very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made sure the heating and hot water were fully up and running so the tenant could return to a warm new home.
