“Louisa's classes are fab! I have done both her pregnancy class and her mum and baby class and they have been such a highlight of my pregnancy and maternity leave. The pregnancy classes were very calming and Louisa guided us through useful breathing techniques and offered adaptations to positions depending on how we were feeling. The parent and baby classes are great and offer the perfect balance between doing something for baby and something for mum. It was no problem to feed, change baby etc. as needed and Louisa would help out holding baby or playing with older babies where she can. I've also met a lovely group of mum friends through these classes. Highly recommend!”

The classes start with a short led discussion about a particular topic, such as plans for labour or things we are looking forward to once baby arrives, followed by breathing exercises to prepare for birth, a gentle yoga flow and then savasana with a guided meditation. The preparation was invaluable and helped me feel confident to rely on the breathing techniques and visualisations during my labour. Louisa is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable and happy to offer advice and modifications. I loved the classes and would highly recommend them to any expectant mums.”
