“Brilliant customer service from start to finish! I’m so glad I was recommended to go to the Watch Lab in the Gyle, Edinburgh! I had a stainless steel medic alert bracelet that needed altered and I had difficulty finding anyone to help with this. I popped to the Watch Lab and spoke with Kat and Jason who were so helpful!
