“My treasured Breitling was damaged and had stopped working. I was quoted £795 for a full service - but once the watch had been examined, it transpired that there was more damage than visible or obvious. My repair almost trebled to £2080. However, I proceeded as I simply love my watch. I'm so pleased I did! My watch was returned ahead of schedule and was immaculate - almost as good as the day it was brand new! I'm delighted. All the staff at the Breitling Boutique were polite and helpful with a little extra thanks to Ross and James who mainly dealt with me. It was a lot of money to me, but ensures my watch is good for another 5 or 6 years. I would recommend the Boutique to anyone else in and around the Edinburgh area who needs work undertaken to their Breitling watch. Excellent Service from start to finish.”

“First class service and attention from really knowledgable and friendly staff. My husband has been considering a Breitling for years but has never been able to choose which model - and despite my coaxing to just start the process by visiting a good store it’s just not happened . Fast forward to visiting Edinburgh this week and persuading him to just go in and ask for help and advice at the lovely St James Quarter store was the best thing I could have done . The shop has a fantastic selection of models on display and in stock but the really great asset is the staff - we had the pleasure of being helped by Archie, who after a good chat about what my husband felt he was looking for - and what he wasn’t ! - soon had him trying on a perfectly curated selection . We now have a short list of two models which my husband will decide from, Archie followed up straight away with all the details we need and even if we find it better logistically to buy from another store nearer home has backed us up by logging the selection in with the dealership network so we can just press the “ go “ button as soon as we want . Couldn’t have received better help in a very welcoming and unpressurised atmosphere - thank you Archie, thank you Breitling ; good old fashioned customer service alive and well and deserving to thrive in Edinburgh”

Great experience, at Breitling Edinburgh, every member of staff I emailed, phoned or met were friendly, welcoming and helpful. My watch had seen plenty on wear and had scratches and marks on it. Came back pristine, as if brand new. Really pleased with entire experience.”
