“Stephen helped me out when a tire came completely off the alloy, in the evening on New Years Day, also taking the time to first advise over the phone to confirm if he'd be able to change the tire over or not before attending, so to avoid being charged a call out fee for nothing. Was expecting to pay a massive out of hours fee due to it being after 9pm on New Years Day but was charged a very reasonable price at not much more than it would've cost to get the tire changed at the garage anyway. Great customer service all round with very quick attendance, can't recommend enough.”
