Very professional crew. I ordered the wrong size tyres off the website, took car in & within the hour received the call explaining my mistaken order but this wasn’t a problem whatsoever, they ordered the correct size tyres which were in the following morning. Fitted & happy doing so. Nice guys. Used many times before & will use again 👌🏼 Highly recommend

Super helpful. They did a great job on my scheduled MOT and on another occasion have been able to squeeze me in the same day when my wind screen wipers broke. Really friendly the whole time. Will definitely continue to use

Extremely Disappointed and Misled by Major Service Not Properly Completed I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by my experience at Farmer Autocare in Corstorphine. I took my two-year-old car there on Saturday, 11th October, for its second major service. As the car is still under Hyundai’s 5-year warranty, it was essential that this service was completed fully and to standard. I chose Farmer Autocare based on a friend’s recommendation who had a good experience at their Blackhall branch. 1st when I tried booking, neither the Blackhall nor Maidencraig centres had availability for a week or more. I then booked online for the Corstorphine branch, which is near my address. Unfortunately, my experience at the Corstorphine branch was a complete nightmare. The problems began immediately *Initial Confusion & Inconvenience: When I went to collect my car, I was told to return on Monday for the cabin filter as they didn't have it yet. Upon return on Monday, the site manager contradicted this, stating the cabin filter had been replaced and it was actually the air filter they didn’t have. I was told to wait for a call. *Unprofessional Work:* I returned on Wednesday after receiving the call. I had the air filter replaced at the car park in a matter of seconds. The technician didn't clean out debris or wipe the dust from the filter housing which is a basic part of the procedure. No apologies for the repeated inconvenience. *Major failure:* There had been a bad smell inside the car since I owned it a month ago, and I expected it to disappear after what I was told was a new cabin filter especially after I used several air cleaners and disinfectants over 5 consecutive days. However, the smell persisted. After watching several YouTube videos, I decided to remove what I thought was the new cabin filter before applying a foam cleaner. To my shock, I discovered that the cabin filter had never been replaced. It was filthy, full of dirt and debris, and clearly the original one. Seeing the Hyundai logo initially reassured me, I even thought they’d used genuine parts but it quickly became clear that nothing had been done. *Incomplete documentation:* On top of that, I haven't received any printed service report, only a receipt, despite their service package details mentioning printed reports. This raises serious concerns about whether the rest of the work included in the package was actually carried out and to standard, as this could impact my car's reliability, safety, and warranty status. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I feel completely let down and misled by a company I thought had a good reputation. I’m asking for this to be fully investigated and for the service I paid for to be completed properly. *Lesson learned:* The dealer, even if costs more (in my case £110 extra) it would be worth it for the peace of mind. I do not recommend Farmer Autocare Corstorphine to anyone. I hope this review helps others make a better decision.
