“On four occasions told me to expect an engineer, and they cancelled each time. When an engineer did arrive, he decided not to install/wall-mount my TV because he “hates installing these TVs” and that they “ruin his day”. He mumbled something about getting an electrician and left. I cannot state sufficiently in words how appalling this company is. A total scam, from start to finish.”
