“Narro said the job would take 5 weeks (small opening and some woodwork) and then took 10 weeks - which inevitably held the job up. Sent me a questionnaire with a “please contact me” option, which I selected. No one got in contact with me - until, of course, I didn’t pay the bill. Said their only mistake was not giving me a timescale (which, of course, they had, only they missed it by 100%). Absolutely no interest in me as a client or in any form of customer service.”
