“A very unprofessional approach from this company. My wife and I had an on site meeting at our property with Adam Innes (the son). We took time out to explain all the stonework we would like undertaken at our 200 year old property. He seemed genuinely enthusiastic at the time, however after three attempts of requesting an estimate of costs for work required and after having promised that an estimate would be forthcoming, we have now been informed (very abruptly may I add) that they are too busy to do any work for us and no estimate will be forthcoming. This is after waiting patiently for nearly three months. My wife and I are both quite elderly and we feel very let down by this company.”
