“We had to have 2 chimneys completely rebuilt in stone (listed building). IMC's quote was in the middle of the quotes I got, and they have been brilliant. Firstly just the quality of the work and the friendliness of the guys doing it. But also the respect Iain showed me throughout, always answering emails promptly, and helping me navigate various complications before and during the job. At the end there were extra scaffolding costs due to a roofer struggling with availability and Iain offered to chip in to help.
