“Nothing but appalling treatment from A&M Sandstone and Adam, if I could give 0 stars I would. We have given A&M Sandstone over a year and a half to do the right thing. Originally contracted (in February 2024) to do stonework pointing on our property when they also advised that our roof was in poor condition and would require replacement. Thinking they were trustworthy (in part due to the Google Reviews) and with a baby due imminently decided to proceed with them to undertake the works, thinking we were doing the best thing for the house and family. All seemed to be progressing well until the works were “completed” and final payment made. Two weeks later I discovered water ingress in and around all the dormer windows on the house. I contacted Adam to get the issues resolved and then started the long arduous process of getting the defects caused by Adam/A&M fixed competently. They returned to the property several times, once to apply some flashband to the sides of the dormers as a “repair”, the leaks continued. I eventually got Adam to agree to a remedial repair to be undertaken in May of last year, however, the leaks continued as the work was not done correctly. From this point Adam became harder to get a hold of eventually ghosting us in August of last year, leaving a young family with a leaking roof. Eventually, after over a year of leaks, we had to get a 3rd party out to properly fix the works, leaving us even further out of pocket. Avoid at all costs they will not do a good job, and it’ll cost you. I’ve extensively documented everything, and the video uploaded shows the state we were left in after our new roof was “completed” by A&M Sandstone last year.”
