“My experience with Precision has shown me that Russell (owner) is a man with zero empathy and very little integrity. When our chain collapsed just before our intended move date, Russell kept all of our money including all of his profit. He also offered to re-quote us with a 50% discount as a “gesture of good will” seeing as we found ourselves in a fairly unique and horrible situation. However, when we were finally in a position to take him up on that offer, he “forgot” he said that (despite me having it in writing from him), and decided not to honour his own gesture. I would strongly advise anyone against giving this man any of your money.”
