On the morning we moved, we were nothing but stressed out, but the guys , Michael, Adam and Chris were so unbelievably professional, caring and reassuring that everything will be taken care of no matter what. Swiftly our apartment was emptied, within a few hours everything was taken care of and no question was too much. After a quick lunch, Michael and his team met us at our new home and started to deliver the boxes to the room we asked them to deliver them to, nothing was too much for them, even when asking to reroute a few boxes from one room to another. Our furniture was quickly reassembled and ready to use. The service from start to finish was exceptional, kind and fun and made our removal experience enjoyable and way less stressful than I thought it would be. We couldn’t recommend Michael and his team enough, outstanding customer service and care and we truly appreciate their guidance on the day, the days before and even after completion.
