Got a call with a quote in less than 3 hours after submitting the form (which was straight forward). He has kept me in the loop of the entire process from day one. I have been a bit annoying with all the questions but he’s been really kind and speedy and just made myself and my elderly mother at ease the whole time. My mother was extremely pleased with their service, she commended how patient the team was with her on the day. We have since referred them to her elderly home neighbors and the building manager was also really pleased with them and she specifically said this will be the company they will recommend to future tenants going forward. I’ve never had to use a moving company before and heard some horror stories from friends so I was a bit intimidated starting the process.
