Giannis and Tony are excellent PT's and know how to encourage and motivate us. The sessions are always well-organised, challenging and tailored to your goals. ★★★★★“Prior to joining Muscle Revolution, I was at a point in my life where I had lost a good chunk of weight through dieting alone. However, my body felt miserable and I could see the weight slowly start to creep back up. I felt that I needed to start doing some exercise. I went with Muscle Revolution because I’ve always been afraid of the weights sections at gyms and wanted to give strength training a go. I also wanted to work on the nutrition side of things because I still had trouble eating healthily and consistently. My original goal was to lose a bit of weight, which I have done (around 6kg in the last 12 weeks). The nutrition part of the programme helped me to achieve this. The nutritional advice is tailored to individuals (e.g. the recommended amount of calories, recipes). For me, the advice around volume eating was very helpful as I am someone who finds it easy to overeat. Regarding the exercise aspect of the programme, I really enjoy the small group classes. Giannis and Tony are very knowledgeable and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. The quality of the coaching has been a big reason why I have stuck with the 12 week programme and signed up for another 6 months. If you’ve been intimidated by strength training or weights, or are nervous about going back to the gym, I highly recommend trying out the programme. I came in without any expectations and had never lifted a barbell in my life. I never would have expected that after 12 weeks I would be able to lift weights as heavy as myself and become a lot more confident in my body.”
