I've had a great experience training with Martin! In just a four-week session, I learned so much about how to build strength steadily and safely. I originally reached out because of an ankle issue, and I wanted to get back into lifting with more confidence. Martin was absolutely fantastic in helping me achieve exactly that. It was a fantastic experience overall. First of all, Martin tailors the training programme to each individual. Since my main goal was to improve my performance on the football pitch, he designed a programme focused on lower-body strength, explosiveness, and athletic performance, and guided me through it progressively. Secondly, his sessions are very scientific and well-structured. I not only noticed clear improvements in my on-field performance, but I was also able to train and compete without getting injured. Finally, Martin is a great person to work with. He is positive and highly motivating during sessions, uses an encouraging coaching style, and makes training both effective and enjoyable. I genuinely felt comfortable training with him and always looked forward to the sessions. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I gained a great deal from working with him. Highly recommended.

I have been training with Martin for over a year, and the progress I’ve made under his guidance has been remarkable. He takes the time to tailor each programme to my individual goals and needs, ensuring that every session is both challenging and rewarding. When I first started, I had very little experience with lifting heavy weights and my technique needed significant improvement. Martin has been incredibly patient and professional, consistently correcting my form and helping me build confidence with proper technique. Thanks to his approach, I now feel stronger than I ever have. Martin’s knowledge of all aspects of fitness is outstanding. He supported me through a back injury with care and expertise, adapting my training to aid recovery while still keeping me motivated and progressing. His encouragement and attention to detail make every session enjoyable and effective. I cannot recommend Martin highly enough.
