“I have used Emma as a PT regularly over the past two years . Definitely would not be a three times a week gym person without Emma’s help , guidance and motivation. I tend to use her for a couple of months then go it alone for a while then go back to her for some new motivation and some new exercises. As a result I feel totally confident using all the equipment in the gym and have lots of different exercises I can draw on . As a woman over 50 , Emma had got me through various aches and pains and got me back exercising after breaking a few bones too! (Long story…).
