★★★★★“I represent a Factor of a property where F3 Building Surveyors were employed as project managers to carry out works to the adjoining building. The works carried out to this building involved erecting a sizeable scaffold on the roof of part of the building we factor. Zero communication from F3 advising of this scaffold being erected and no permission sought from the owner, owner came home to a scaffold erected on his roof ? Emails were exchanged and F3 advised that they believed the residents of the building they were working on had communicated with the owner (this was not the case) F3 advised that the tiles on the roof would be made good when scaffold was removed. The first attempt by the roofing contractor remedied some of the issues & on first glance this looked to be ok.... it was only when we checked remedial works that we found the broken tiles caused by the building works and scaffold had been jammed back in place, after a few emails F3 agreed to send roofing contractor back again, when checking the works for a second time we found that the broken tiles had once again just been jammed back in place. F3 are sending Roofing Contractors back for what they say will be the final time to resolve (watch this space) F3 Building Surveyors....when employed to Project Manage works ensure you firstly carry out your due diligence, notices up of impending works, contact the Neighbours and advise and apologize for any inconvenience that should arise, supply contact details & carry out before and after images. Any and all works should be monitored, that is what you are employed to do.”
★★★★★“Been using F3 Building Surveyors for 18 plus years for a good number of projects. Always helpful, no job too big or small. Rates are good advice and knowhow is second to none”
★★★★★“Awful. Don't use them if it is attached to a Factor (James Gibb). In my opinion there must be back handers going on as they don't appear to have the customers best interests at heart.”
