“Genuine place to get your MOT done. I researched a bit before making an appointment. As this is council run centre there is hardly any forced advisories unlike garage chains. Even some advisories I had from previous year for tyres are cleared this time. Proves why private places make you feel your car needs services even when it is not. Appointments on the tele within a week. Friendly people around, reception with enough space to sit and read while the MOT is being done. Designated viewing area for customers. Also, Bathroom is available. Will surely promote this in my circle.”

“Useless. Typical Council attempted to book Vehicle in for MOT. I got put through to the workshop. "We are not taking bookings at the moment. Can you call back next week? Maybe Wednesday or Thursday?" Needless to say I want to book it in somewhere this week not next week.”
