“AVOID!!! Robert came to my property to do a clutch repair however a couple of weeks later I noticed damage on my passenger side door, trim and sill. My vehicle had been put on the jack at the wrong point and fell off, Robert was the only person who had worked on my car as it wasn’t working and was newly financed. He actually took the money for the clutch repair and didn’t mention any damage then when I had it assessed by another mechanic who confirmed my fears, Robert accused me of lying and refused to accept any liability when I contacted him and I had to contact trading standards. I have been quoted over £1500 for repairs. I have photos of my car prior and after so I have concrete evidenc. Robert still refused to do anything to rectify his error. Absolutely shocking customer service and moral compass.”
