“This is the second time we’ve used James and yet again were not disappointed. He arrived right on time with his seemingly ever-present friendly and cheerful manner. We had asked him to change our Yale lock. It was no bother and took him no time at all. We also asked him to investigate our mortise lock as it was often very difficult to open.
