The inventory checks (done by a third party) weren’t fully accurate, and I needed to provide my own move-in and move-out photos to clarify some discrepancies and have some unnecessary charges removed. The deposit refund process also required multiple follow-ups and calls, as communication and timelines weren’t very clear. Overall, my experience while renting was okay, but the move-out and deposit stage could have been handled more smoothly.”

“Having to flat hunt again after being with Glenham 3 years ago made me realize how good they were. If you OK a property after viewing it they ask for a holding deposit while they reference check, giving you the peace of mind that providing everything pans out, you got it. If it doesn’t you just get your money back. Others keep advertising and showing and you may get the property snatched from you by a quicker or better applicant but this way you actually have a fair chance. If they had anything that suited me I’d go back to them in a blink.”
