“I have used this company for 6+ years and recently they lost a mattress protector worth about £50 … they refused to give me the cleaning charge back at £15 00 saying I should have checked the load when I uplifted ( who the hell does that ? ) Stuff happens I understand that but the lack of empathy by the company and keeping my cash of a very loyal customer is very disappointing . The said they phone me yesterday .. of course that did not !!! I would be very cautious dealing with these people … I certainly won’t use them again, I Forrester ..”
