“Dropped our laundry at our hotel and they sent it to "New Whites". We filled out the card and left special instructions to NOT dry our shirts. We received our clothes back at the hotel and all the shirts had been dried and were now ruined due to shrinkage. I had 8 brand new t-shirts and my wife had 5 tops and are valued at $240 U.S. The hotel has agreed to give me a partial refund for the ridiculous amount they charged but left it up to me to deal with this incompetent laundry service. Have not been able to get into contact with New White so far, phone just rings and no e-mail. Stay very far away from New White .. as”

“Very happy with the service here. Wasn't sure if they would do a single garment (thought they would have business clients) young man was more than happy to take my business, was finished when he said it would be and a very good job was done. Nice and friendly, importantly as well,was the cost. Half the price of one on Henderson street,a third the price of one on Ferry road(who was also impatient, rude and didn't stop speaking on his at all when he served the man in front of me. Have recommended to many people.”
