“Took my lab for a full groom this afternoon, got a phone call to say she was ready after 20 mins but they hadn’t been able to do her nails or dry her due to stress levels. She is an anxious dog but we have never had an issue with groomers anywhere else. Poor girl has come home smelling and looking ten times worst then when she went on! Avoid at all costs!”

“I left my two Lhasa for a bath & brush today. My boyfriend picked them up as I was working . He paid £72 but he said he can’t see much difference in them. The eyes were not washed & cut properly! They were not even fluffy. I phoned the groom room trying to solve the problem but I was told the only option is to bring them back and they will cut the eyes area a wee bit more 😳 I said I’m not happy overall not just because of eyes. They said can’t do anything. I asked about the price and I found out I’ve been charged £10 more for cutting the eye area, £5 more for picking them up half an hour later( when they called saying they’re ready, They left a voicemail as I don’t have good signal at work so I didn’t know they are ready until I got the message ) as soon as I got it he went to pick them up. Plus my deposit was taken so when I said I won’t be back the only answer was Ok no problem. Stay away from this place !!!”

“Took my puppy for his first puppy pamper, was a little nervous about it, me and pup, need not worried as the staff made me feel so at ease, pick up time and puppy didn't want to leave, guess he enjoyed it. Prices very reasonable, booked in for another pamper session”
