“Went to get some food for my dog this morning to the shop in Hermiston Gate. Nobody in the shop just me and 1 lady. Had my dog on leash with me. Shop looks like he's left empty as no employee was around. The other lady was standing at the till waiting long enough to just leave without buying. I saw a women and I told her that lady she is waiting to pay. She said ok but no care in the world as the lady come to her to ask her if she can pay. So already that employee was giving attitude as she needed another time to just ignore us. As she was going finally to the till she spotted my dog sitting or standing next to me on leash but not hold as I was going thru the dog beds to get one for him. And she started pointing finger and shouting on me that my dog need to be on leash and not running around. He wasn't running he was next to me. U can check the camera. I went to till to pay and u can feel the anger from her her eyes popped out her socket. She said she's the manager and she is telling me what to do. Then she push my stuff away and she said she won't serve me. That's fine no big deal she called the other guy and start telling her story. My dog running around the shop. Totally not true. Anyway then guy came over she serve him but in meantime she was telling him that my dog is running around and etc. she was all upset BC she's been told someone is waiting to be serve. Her name is Victoria and apparently she's the manager there. She's definitely shouldn't be in that position if that's what it is.Every week I'm in never had problem. This morning after that experience I dint think I'll be coming back. Costumer service always has been issues in that shop. Only 1 guy is ok and helpful not sure about he's name but the one he was serving me. He knowse and my dog since he was pup. I'm regular costumer and she make my experience unpleasant. She make comment to her colleague she's the manager nothing I can do and started to laugh. Very uncomfortable. I won't be going back only BC of her no ther reason.”

“I go to jollyes with my husky/collie cross and I Love the groomers, Dionne is highly professional and always lovely to chat to. Very understanding my dog woke up in a terrible mood on the day of the groom and I wasn’t holding up much hope about how much Dionne would get done as my puppy had been a menace all morning, puppy did a dramatic husky howls the whole time which Dionne kindly put up with and she came back absolutely gleaming and very happy. I was shocked I honestly expected a call 20 minutes later to be like yup this groom isn’t happening but Dionne worked with her and got her looking amazing!”
