“Went last week to get my puppy measured for an Equafleece dog suit. They asked me whether he was gonna grow bigger and I said that he had reached his adult size, and that's why I was getting the suit in the first place. They had a very limited selection of colours, so they ordered in the one I wanted. Discovered today when I went to pick it up that they took the liberty to order a bigger size anyway 'because he's gonna grow'. I live quite far and this was an incredible waste of my time and money. It's a pity, because I was really looking forward to dealing with them after hearing good things about the shop. Edit: haha lies! she took 3 seconds to measure him, he was very quiet and she didn't do a fitting the first time, you even complimented him on how well-behaved he was, so not sure what you're talking about. We only tried on the one she had already ordered and it was too big, so she took the wrong measurements. If you weren't able to take the correct measurements you should've told me instead of taking my deposit and try to sell me the wrong one. Absolutely avoid, very unprofessional.”

“Such a lovely little pet shop! I’ve taken my beagle in many times and every visit is a joy. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they always make such a fuss of my girl! She genuinely loves going in. There’s a great selection of treats and toys to choose from, and you can really tell how much they care about their customers (both two- and four-legged!). We always look forward to our next visit. x”
