“We go to Dofos for food, bones, and treats because we’ve always loved the range of products they offer. But after what happened, I will never go back because it feels like money matters more to them than the welfare of an animal. My puppy fell into Inverleith Pond one Saturday in November. It was an accident. I didn’t have a towel or anything with me, so I picked her up and wrapped her inside my jumper, but it couldn’t dry her and she was shivering. I went into a charity shop to buy a towel, but they didn’t have any. On the same street there is Dofos. As I said, I’m a regular customer there, and I knew they do grooming, so I left my dog with my dad and ran to Dofos. I explained to the young lady working there that my dog had fallen in the pond and asked if I could borrow or even buy a towel. She told me they didn’t have any. How is that possible when they run a grooming centre? She simply didn’t want to help. Because of this, I will not go back.”

“I missed my dogs grooming appointment, I booked yesterday for tomorrow, which I think it was someone’s last minute cancellation and apparently I booked it for today cause they’re calendar starts on Sunday so made the honest mistake and they charged me the full amount which is £59 not even trying to let me to reschedule. It was my first appointment with them and I was very excited as I buy treats and food on their shop and love it in there. But I think the full charge was abusive.”
