“I booked a stay with this property company on Airbnb in Edinburgh. I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and when you go to cancel on Airbnb, they ask you why, so I said that my dates have changed. Airbnb said to contact the host before canceling to see if you can reschedule. So I messaged them before the partial refund deadline to see if I could reschedule. After saying they were unable to reschedule, which is understandable, they wouldn’t offer me the partial refund because the deadline had passed due to our messaging time. I understand not being able to reschedule, but denying me the partial refund was very unprofessional. They were extremely unaccommodating and it just felt like they were trying to scam me out of my money. I do not recommend associating yourselves with this company. Specifically Denise on Airbnb was very unhelpful.”
