“TL,DR:Company came out on 2nd Jan in 15min,undercut competition by £150+ even when they knew they had us over a barrel. Quick, friendly, efficient, Guys Are Legends...10 out of 5 Stars... So..., I Called many,many glazing/joiners/carpenters companies on Jan 2nd, this was 5hours of me trying places, when anyone even answered, I was quoted lowest £350, for a Board, till glass could be fixed(@350again, so £700minimum!!!), Then I re-sorted list, Picked & Called These Guys..They Picked up before the 2nd Ring, Quoted me like £230/£240(this is Sunday as well as the 2nd Jan), glazer arrived in under 15min(was told maybe an hour or so at Best.!! So, yeah-Great!!), Then the Job, was Only £160..So Even Better! The Glazer Brian, was a pure legend, had opportunity to totally gouge us for the full 350 & we'd have just had to swallow it!!! Brian is a Total Angel(yes, I Am a dude..but my point/opinion of Brian stands).. Edit-1 Bri's boss, I'm well pleased, says the full job is replacing that Main window £280.00 allup...Also, friendly, speedy, tidy-work, even helped us tidy the stuff again..legends!! Edit-The Guys Come exactly on time 16:40-16:55, The Three of them incl Brian, all bring various bits & pieces, of which I can barely even identify the actual windowpane unit. Then within 10 to 15 mins, Brian is showing us how the seals & hinges on all our new window panelling works now..so, of course we've had them look at a few more areas that need attention, since this full installation only cost £280.00, for a font room 5ft by 8ft full panoramic, & they had it on order within 6hours, & our property sealed within 15minute of the 1st call!!! At that time we were strays out of nowhere, and now, we use them to go to our different places, since we Know their workers are good at their job, are professional when areas Cannot be vacated for work, and are safe & tidy wherever they are stationed and working..5* is well less than deserved..”
