“I was there (not the first time) 2 days ago with one person that need to buy some souvenirs to bring at home. Nice products, price high like all this kind of shops that living with tourism. That's my point, this is a kind of shop that live thanks to turism ( sorry if I repeat myself). The cashier (a girl) is so rude, all the time that I come with some guest she trait the people very bad. Zero customers service and look like annoyed if someone talk with her to ask some info. Cherry on the cake, the person with me (not local) give her 22.00£. The amount to pay was 21.96£, she gave her the receipt and that's it. I was waiting for the change a couples of seconds. She didn't give me nothing. I smile and I says "have a nice day". She with her grumpy and annoyed face says "bye, you too". Outside, I asked a the person that bought the items, if that girl gave her the change and she says no. 0,04£ don't make me rich and don't make me poor but the point is: with how many costumers she play this game? In the future I'll come back there, when someone coming to visit me. I wish to find another person, smiling and with nice vibes for the costumer. If I find the same person, and she cheating me again, I'll reporting this issue, and not in goole review! 5 stars for products in the shop, 0 stars for customers service, atmosphere and cheating on change.”
