“I’m very disappointed with my experience at Eden. I purchased a Moomin hot water bottle from the store, only to find out at home that the bottle was missing its stopper, making it completely unusable. Selling an incomplete product especially one related to hot liquids is not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous. I now have to go through the hassle of contacting the store and arranging a replacement, which is frustrating and time-consuming. I expected better quality control and customer care from a shop like this.”

“Visited the store today and noticed their security barriers were going off every so often but no people being checked to see if they had potentially stolen something. Until me and the group I was with, three young girls and a child. I understand checking for stolen stock but when there are people coming in and out of store and not being investigated until us it seems targeted.”
