“We wanted a major re-design of our back garden, subdivided into two projects, and chose Lisa to carry out the design in both cases. From the outset, Lisa showed great enthusiasm and was very much focussed on listening to and ensuring her understanding of our requirements, both at a conceptual and more detailed level so that we could readily agree a way forward. She then employed her extensive experience and technical knowledge, combined with her understanding of the characteristics of the garden from her initial site visits, to create a design on paper which was then discussed in full before being signed off. We felt that the designs and proposals were very much tailored to what we were seeking. Lisa was also able to recommend companies with the appropriate skills to undertake the hard landscaping involved. We were very confident in her ability to oversee this work and intercede on our behalf, if appropriate, to ensure that matters proceeded smoothly and in line with our expectations. Lisa also created a planting plan after discussions on colours and types of plant, and finally, arranged the buying, delivery and planting of the plants. In conclusion, we have been very pleased with the re-design of our garden and are now at the stage of enjoying watching the plants establishing themselves.
