A visit with car, to ask for quote (and amazing that Murray leaves the car he is working on to give you a quote immediately); booking into the calendar. It is good that they are very busy - successful places are! Never had to wait for longer than a month for the booking of 2 days, delivering car at 07.30am on Day 1. I have usually collected mid morning Day 2. Really efficient communication systems including the quote; deposit to pay; final bill on collection. A text a few days before the appointment checking that one is wishing not to postpone the booking. Repairs completed brilliantly. Angela and Murray are lovely people too, so understanding and sensitive. Full of praise for MK Auto Repairs. I hope my recommendation is right for others. Well done on the quality of customer care and how excellence is delivered. This is not easy to achieve.”
