What customers say

I hadn’t had a burger in years — I just couldn’t find one with the flavor I missed from my country. Yesterday, after visiting Soul Water Sauna, I stopped by The Pitt, and when I saw The Buffalo Truck, I thought, “Why not give it a try?” I ordered a Buffalo chicken burger and a portion of fries. What an amazing burger! The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the bun was delightful, and the combination of flavors with the blue cheese brought me right back to the tastes I’ve been longing for. Now The Buffalo Truck will be my go-to spot for memories and delicious flavors. The service was great and the staff were super friendly. Thank you, The Buffalo Truck, for giving me the joy of such a delicious experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good, tender, juicy burger.

Grabbed lunch today from The Buffalo Truck. My friend and I enjoyed our burgers so much we almost went back to order the same again. I had the Korean and he had the Honey Chipotle, balance of flavour in each was incredible. Sea salt fries were cooked to perfection too. Highly recommended!

I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but what I saw today was too shocking to ignore. While waiting for my food, I watched one of the staff members (a lady preparing burgers inside the truck) repeatedly lick her fingers after handling sauces—then go right back to preparing food without washing her hands or changing gloves. I was stunned. When I confronted her, instead of acknowledging the mistake, she stared me down and acted like nothing happened. She eventually muttered an apology, but there was no sincerity, no ownership—and worst of all, no action to correct it. The contaminated burgers she touched weren’t replaced. They were served. This is not a small mistake. It’s a serious hygiene issue that puts customers at risk. Food trucks, like any food business, have a responsibility to maintain basic cleanliness and respect for the people they serve. What I saw today was completely unacceptable. I really hope the owners take this seriously and train their team properly. Until then, I won’t be going back—and I suggest others think twice before they do.
