“1. staff was rude: didn't even bother moving their ladder which was blocking our way to the counter, and was giving us negative attitude when we were confused as to how we were going to get to the counter with their stupid ladder on the way. 2. nothing was labelled, so they could easily rip us off. 3. and they did rip us off - when we asked for a lobster with 2 legs, they gave us a lobster with only 1 leg without us realising. we only found our when we arrived home. i dont know what you're playing, but your reputation's on the line - you won't go very far with this poor attitude towards credibility.”

“I purchased a kilogram of mussels. The mussels were prepackaged in netting meaning I could not visually asses the quality of these mussels. Most of the mussels were already open and thus inedible. Of the 10 mussels from the kilo that were not open, 5 were actively rotting with a pungent odour with one still containing strands of the rope it was grown on. I consequently did not eat these mussels as i do not believe it would have been safe to do so.”
