“The owner from Hong Kong gave us such a warm welcome and kindly introduced the seafood we were interested in. Today we got live brown crab, steamed to perfection. The crab roe inside the shell was incredibly flavorful after steaming—almost like a delicate steamed egg with crab roe, leaving a lasting and memorable taste. We also tried the live Scottish lobster, simply boiled. Its freshness and sweetness were even more remarkable than Australian lobster. The mussels were cooked with butter and a splash of water, making them tender, juicy, and full of natural flavor. As for the Scottish oysters, the balance between the briny seawater and the sweet, savory taste of the oyster itself was nothing short of magical. We will definitely return on our next visit to Edinburgh!”

“We are visiting Edinburgh from Hong Kong and came across this seafood shop through online recommendations. Since we planned to cook at our Airbnb, we drove over in the morning to get some fresh seafood. The owner, originally from Hong Kong, was incredibly warm and welcoming. He patiently introduced the different types of seafood, and even helped us open oysters and prepare the lobster and crab for cooking. The seafood was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed every bite. This was such a wonderful experience — if we return to Edinburgh, we will definitely come back here again and recommend this place to our friends.”
