We wanted to go for a local company and iQ offered to visit us in our home to see what we needed and what they could do for us - a great start and Kevin immediately put me at ease when he arrived. They managed to move work around to allow the system to be installed quickly. On the day of installation three engineers arrived on time and worked tirelessly through the day - only stopping for a brief lunch break and not accepting any offers of tea or snacks. A great experience all round. We had one small glitch in that we were unable to get notifications to work for the cameras, however this was rectified by updating the firmware.”
