“Extreamly bad services. They refused to deregister my alarm system from my own property which wouldn't allow me install a new alarm system. They provided a quote to do simple work in setting up and alarm at my property, however sorted weeks for a quote which I continually chased. They then informed me they couldn't do a job for to the complexity. Very unhelpful. I remained amicable and professional however the staff showed little care. Overall I would not recommend Ifire”

“A good experience, all round. We were kept informed of when the installation guy (David) would arrive and he did at exactly the time advised. David installed our intruder and smoke alarm system in less than two hours and with minimal disruption to us.... he even cleaned up after him, although there was very little mess. The workings of the alarm was explained to us and he watched as we tried it out ourselves before he left. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, who came highly recommended to us.”
