“I took my wedding dress in yesterday to be dry cleaned and was served by Margaret. She was an absolute sweetheart and more than happy to help. I had a thread that had come loose on the back and the hook of the dress had come away. Margaret kindly fixed both of these for free. Less than 24 hours later I received a text to say my dress was ready for collection! Margaret had immediately cleaned it for me yesterday after dropping it off. It looks brand new! Thank you so much Margaret for taking such care of my dress! :-)”
