Three trips instead of 1, argued that the duvet I'd brought in had tags from another laundry (Johnson's), all very odd, defensive, and felt a bit like "Shaggy" (it wasn't me!!) Wouldn't listen, very argumentative, frankly a shocking experience!!! Ended up buying a new duvet.”
